Excel Freezing when using Cafe

Hello, we are experiencing significant Excel lockups when using TM1.  It appears that when you have to files open that contain crosstabs, Excel freezes when you switch between the files.  Has anyone else seen this?

We are on 10.2.2 FP3.  We are using TM1 in Hyper-V using Excel 2013
