Define Constand variable used in combined chart

Coworker asked me to post this question.

How do you define a constant variable (xyz 10%) which is a constant goal line inside a combined chart?  So they have a constant line within this combined chart.

Assuming it's a chart not a visualization, you should be able to use a Baseline? Open the properties window for the chart and find the Chart Annotations section. Baselines are defined here...
