Combining 2 data sets help!

I have 2 different datasets (cubes) from Contributor. Lets call them 'Batman' and 'Robin'. Both datasets have similar field names like Employee Name, Salary, Start Date, etc. I want to be able to report both datasets into one report. For example breaking out the salary by Batman and Robin with Employee Name from both datasets but on one report/column.

What would be the easiest way to accomplish this? Please let me know if this does not make sense and I can try to further explain.
