Upload image into Cognos server

Hi,

I am trying to upload a new image to Cognos server for a report, the image was put into cognos/gateway/webcontent/samples/Images and with permission like existing image in that folder. When I try to use the image inside the report studio, I can find it in the image list while it can't be read. Do anyone have same experience or solution of it.

Hi,

What is the image type and is this type supported in your version of cognos BI? Have you tried copying an existing image that you can see in reporstudio and rename and paste it back in the images folder and see if you can get that to work.

I have figured out the cause, the image should be uploaded to the webcontent of report server, content manager and gateway.
