Creating query items for cross tab report using dmr model

Hi Team,
I'm going to create a cross tab report using dmr, so here issue is, should I create query items at FM level or report level because all are calculated items.. Plz see the attChed file for reference. Description of report item is as follows
(a) YoY- comparison between current year and previous year.
(b) %Realozation - (actual / target)*100
(c) 3 - year trending- current year with previous two year

Plz suggest.

If you think these are common calculations that your users would benefit from having in a package, then it's better to include them in your FM model; otherwise, it's fine to create them in the report.

Yes this is common ,  it will be used in many reports..
Please suggest how to create year on year explained in first post... Apart from this calendar date will also be available at report level..
