Hello,

Periodically this happens where we have S:\CognosTemp\cm (24 GB drive) that dumps tons and tons of small files (sometimes over 100,000) files.  I'm watching the directory fill up and clean up files at the same time but sometimes it can't clean up as fast as files are getting put in the folder.  When this directory fills up Reports/jobs/ events crash with various errors.  A full cycle reboot usually fixes the issue, but after rebooting the last 3 days the temp directory is still filling up.  What is more baffling it appears that no reports are currently running.  We have 5 app servers, a primary and stand by CM, 2 web servers running windows VM on 10.2.1.  Since no changes have been made to my cognos config Cognos usually tells me it must be some internal infrastructure change at my company.  Not an acceptable anwser to me.  Looking for a rot cause and how to fix permanently before I upgrade to C11 in early 2018.

RSV-DST-0014 Unable to deliver the output of the report. See the run history details for more information. Ensure that the required services are started. Ensure that the user account is configured to distribute the output in the requested manner.
