Seems "Value promt" does not exist in CA11

Hi

I remember in Cognos 10 family, we have "value prompt" tool, but it seems that in CA11, this tool is removed (or replaced by other)

It is present in Cognos 11 for sure. Attached herewith is a screenshot for your reference.
