Regarding error "RSV-BBP-0038 " in cognos version 10.2.1 report studio.

While running the report on report studio, i am getting this error " RSV-BBP-0038
The request 'asynchWait_Request' failed because the conversation was already canceled " please provide me solution over it.

Hi,

This is generally an intermittent error when there is a disruption in communication somewhere. There is no "generic" fix we can suggest. Is your server under large load at the time the error occurs? Does it happen every time you run? Is there a certain action you take that causes the error? Does your report use javascript? How much memory is allocated to the java container?

server don't have any load.Yes it happen everytime.No.We don't use javascript in report.

One of our user got the same error many many times. Do you guys find any solution on this issue. Thanks.

As MF has already said, it's generally something outside of the report itself. Is there a lot of network traffic at the time?
