Stacked Bar Chart - Value and %

Hi All,
I have an requirement where I'm trying to create stacked bar chart with measures and %.

1.  3 of the measures are in stacked bar
2.  One of the measure is in Trend line
3.  X- Axis on Date

I couldn't get the implementation steps to show measures and % together and on top of it with Trend.   Please find attached the image for the ask.

Any suggestions please?
