AAA-SYS-0001, 0002, 0003, 0004 Errors in 11.0.5

After installing the new Cognos 11.0.5 environment on a Windows server connected to a DB2 content store and running the system for a few weeks, we initiated AD connection as we prepared to move to production and are now getting errors as attached. All of the setting appear to be identical to our 11.0.3 instance that has run without issue for months. We skipped 11.0.4.

HI FLPylot,

Are you using same service account in production as well to start services?? if so please try to start your services as administrator...
