Is drill through possible on DMR report

Hi Team,

I have one requirement, where i have to create dmr report, say a (Chart object) displays Region, Principal Outstanding.
When user clicks (drill down) a region, it should reflect other chart object as well.

Our requirement is using a DMR  interactive  report with drill-up , drill-down enabled.
We need to put interactivity between two charts where first  chart will give drill-up, drill-down facility and second chart should be filtered by value selected in first chart.
We tried to connect these two charts using drill through and setting parameters , which are filtering the second chart, and it is working fine with drill-down and drill-through , but when drilling-up, the parameters are not getting reset, giving wrong values.

Can you please tell me , this  requirement can be done using  both drill-up, drill-down with drill-through or do we need to use relational model along with drill-through to get it done?

Your response will be honestly appreciated.
