Problem with Addition Comment in IBM Cognos Insight

Hi Everyone

My name is Tomek I'm new in forum and I hope I put the question in the right place.

I use Cognos Insight (10.2.2 Enterprise version)
My Problem is that I try add comment in Cognos Insight Workspace based on TM1 Views. After right-click on a cell and Add-comment nothing happens. Not even an error message.
To make issue stranger in Workspace based on xls. file is this possibile - is no problem with add comment.
Does anyone have some Advice?
