Drill through on the same reporting page

My requirement is to create both source and Target report on the same Page.
In other words Source Report is on the left side and the target report on the Right Hand side of the Source page.
Say the source report shows the required Job role for the selected project and the Target report will show the number of resources available on bench for that selected Job role.

I have created two cross report (Source Report) showing the requirement raised for the Job Role and is due for last 0-15 days  16-30 Days, 31-60 Days,61-90 days bucket.
Similarly the Target Report shows the number of available resource with that Job role for past 0-15 days  16-30 Days, 31-60 Days,61-90 days.
Once the user clicks on a particular job role, the Target report will show the number of such resources available on bench along with the time line.

In my drill through definition i have selected the same report name and has passed the parameter named JRSS.
On the Target report i have created a detailed filter:[Presentation Layer].[WFM_DMND_AVAIL].[JRSS_AVAIL]=?JRSS?.
Whenever i run the report it first ask me to provide a value for the above mentioned filter and once i select a particular value and then selects a particular Job Role on the Source page the report is not getting filtered for that selected Job Role.

Post execution User wanted to see both the Source and Target table side  by side.

I would appreciate if anybody can help me to complete this requirement.

Would I be correct in seeing this as a master-detail type of report?

All i can say it can be considered as Master-Detail report kind off.
