Does Cognos 8.3 TM1 Objects are supported in Windows 2012

Dear All,

Currently my Operating System is Windows 2003 my Organization is planning to upgrade the Operating System to Windows 2012.

I have 1 application running with Cognos 8.3 TM1. Will the application run on Windows 2012 AS IS after upgrading the OS?

If not please help me by providing possible ways of doing it.

Hi,

You're running Cognos BI v8.3 but what version of TM1 do you have?

For Cognos 8.3, it's way out of support and it won't run on Windows 2012. You're going to need to upgrade to a newer version of Cognos BI - probably Cognos 10.2.2 or Cognos 11.
For TM1, it's impossible to say without knowing what version you have.
