What are different types of migration tools available for migrating Impromptu to Reportnet ?.
Is same Migration tool is used for the following tasks
1.   Changing Impromptu catalog to XML files
2.   Changing Impromptu reports to CRN
If not what are the different types of Migration tools used for the above tasks ?

You can migrate form catalogues to packages (tool 1) and impromptu reports to reportnet reports (tool 2).
But personally I wouldn't recommend it to migrate catalogues to packages because you have to check all relationships. This because Impromptu doesn't use join cardinality. Therefore it's very labour intensive to verify all joins if there a lot of them... About report migration I can't say anything because we build all from scratch...
