Suppress "en-us" in Cognos attachment name

I've searched online on how to remove the locale from the attachment name in Cognos and found out it can only be done by running a script.
I was just wondering if there is a change in Cognos 10 ? Can it be suppress now in Cognos?

It's still only through a script, even for Cognos 10. You can specify CM.OutputScript so that a script is run automatically after Cognos outputs the file to the specified location.
