Excel sheet names are correctly named when ran through Event Studio only

Hi,
We have activated the setting that allows to have excel sheet correctly renamed base on the page set.
It works well... for most reports.

We have one report that is very long to generate and that gets its sheet renamed only if we run the report through Event Studio!
If we run it on screen with or without 'background execution' it will not get its sheets renamed.

Do you have any idea?
Another thing that is more specific to this report is that the page set has a GROUP but also a DETAIL SORT LIST that is related to a calculated RANK field.
