Fatal Error while launching Planning Manager

Hi everyone,

I've got a customer who's experiencing this issue when launching Planning Manager through a Citrix session. They state that this was working fine up until today, which is when this issue started to show. He's tried from another machine but the same issue persists. The error is as follows:

A Fatal error has occured in the startup section of the application.
The application will be terminated
Function name: SystemIniGet
Namespace: #.US
RegOpenKeyA returned a nonzero error code

I have found a Technote which states that the Registry requires updating/checking to ensure that the keys are set accordingly. I've checked on the actual server where the tools are installed and there was one key missing, which I added. I've not had any problems launching any of the tools from the server itself (both before and after the registry change), the only issue is with the launching of Planning Manager from the Citrix session.

Any ideas what else I can investigate? I'm not too hot on Citrix, so wouldn't really know where to start with that. Any pointers you guys can give will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!
