Prompt that is programmed to choose pages to run

I have a 3-page report whereby I'd like to add a prompt to allow the user to choose which page to run or all pages.

Add value prompt. Add static values to value prompt. Create string variable, with values based upon value prompt. Add render variable to each page using the variable you just created. Page 1 renders on static value 1, page 2 renders on static value 2 etc
