What cpability is needed to run movement task

Cognos 10.2.1, IBM COgnos Connection

Hi there
I need to grant rights to a bunch of people to run movement task on request. This tasks are not scheduled
I created a new Role and granted this role access to the movement task. The user can start the task, get the first than 2nd popup. But the final run ends with

Current Session capablities do not allow to run specification CAF-WRN-2082 An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator. The complete error has been logged by CAF with SecureErrorID:2016-07-07-11:04:06.039-#311

I tried a bunch of capabilities, gogle serach ..nothing

If I was a guessing man, I'd imagine it might be the Specification Execution capability, but I could be wrong. Can you look in cogserver.log to see what the actual error message is?

are the two entries in the server log.  So I set the Specification Execution to read/exec/traverse to this role

Could it now be a problem of access rights? with the SIGNON
