Reports no longer linked to Package?

Hi everyone,
I recently upgraded from 10.1.1 to 10.2.2 FP5. Once I published my package, it looks like my reports are no longer linked to the package in question, even though its' name has not been modified. I don't remember this being an issue in 10.1.1. Any insights on why this is happening and whether it will happen each time I publish a package? It's a pain as none of my schedules are working correctly until I manually re-link the package!
