Cognos Gateway timestamp out by an hour

Hi everyone,

I've come across this issue on a Customer's environment and wanted to get some clarity on it. The BI Server has the timezone set in Cognos Config to the default value "GMT +00:00 Western Europe: Lisbon..." and the OS timezone on both the BI Server and the BI Gateway is exactly the same. HOWEVER, the timestamps in the Gateway logs are out by 1 hour. Where would the Gateway get the timestamp from? How can this be altered so that it runs in line with the BI Server? With the timestamp being out by an hour on the Gateway, what are the implications of this?
