PDF default formats not being retained

Many of our Financial reports have default files types for output, i.e., PDF or HTML.  The reports that default to PDF are then further coded to default to either Portrait or Landscape orientation.  Most of our reports are Landscape.  This is not be retained in 10.2 , and everything is defaulting to Portrait.
Any ideas guys?
