Bar Chart/Combination Chart in Cognos Report Studio

Hi,
Good morning,
1) For some reason, in my BAR chart, the actual BAR is not showing when there is only one value associated to the X-AXIS of the chart.
So, somehow the Bar is not able to show since it is such a small #. I did some research but haven't found an answer.

2) The Bars are very narrowed and they need to be wider. I know part of the reason is 10 different X-AXIS bars showing so the space is
limited for every bar but is there a way to have the Bars larger width wise. I tried changing the SIZE to 2000 Width to make the Bar wider but
it is still not getting wide enough and it's running out of screen.

Do you know how to change the Chart that would show the BAR.
