DMR Prompt selections not cleared while re running with new selection

Hi All,
I have a scenario here. For DMR Model report has 2 value prompts one has time and case  ( both are static choices) ,second is cascading from first (gives Daily,weekly,Monthly,Yearly) . for First Prompt , Time selection while Drill up done upto Year ( default Daily ). after changing prompt to case  value and run report ,going to time value its showing earlier selected values (year here which are earlier for time selection)not selected values.prompts are in both prompt and report pages.same with case selection too
please help for solution
