Looking for a 50 State US Map not including Canada

Hello,

I have a requirement to display a map of the U.S. by State (50 states); but for "real-estate" purposes, I do not want to display Canada. I need the map to be "condensed" and show Alaska and Hawaii by the side of the rest of the country. Usually both states are displayed in a box to the south of California.....
Does anyone know where I can get such a map for Cognos 10.2.2?
