blank graphs in HTML output

I have multi-paged report with Master-Detail relationships. For each server (master query) I have 4 pages of various information, each page has different Query and graph. If I run the report for more than 3 servers - HTML version come out with some blank graphs. If I run the same report in real time - HTML has many pages and all graphs are visible. But when I schedule the same report - the HTML output is missing some graphs, starting from the 3-d or 4-th server(Master Query). Same report saved as PDF is fine. What can I do to my report settings or administration settings to eliminate this issue?
Thanks!

I found the reason for my issue. It was actually a browser issue. I used Firefox and reports had missing graphs. When I open the same saved report in IE - all graphs were displayed fine. Maybe this information can help someone.

I find that I get inconsistent results with anything other than IE. I know Cognos is compatible with all the other major browsers, but I get problems. I'm sure it's down to a setting that's been inadvertently selected, but for now I just stick with IE.

Are you running a supported browser version? Cognos BI only supports the ESR builds of Firefox:

The main browser that I use other than IE is Chrome. As an example, when I click on the Launch button I get different results when logged in as the same user (image attached). It's not the end of the world...I'd quite like to Chrome, but I'm not about to spit my dummy out about it.

Hi Chris,

That's entirely expected. Depending on the version of Cognos 10 you are using, Chrome only supports a subset of the full functionality. The things it doesn't support are hidden. It isn't a bug or a browser setting - this is exactly how IBM designed it. You should see all capabilities when using Firefox though.

Below you can see my Chrome vs Firefox capabilities in Cognos 10.2.2

Cheers!

Thanks for that - we're using 10.2.0 and you're absolutely right...everything is there in Firefox. You live and learn  :D

My issue happened when I was using Firefox. I still couldn't resolve it. IE browser display all graphs in order though.
