Issue in calculating period to date with slicer(month to date and year to date)

Hello C10 users,

In order to default value prompt (source - cube) used slicer with default selection as MUN(current date).

But the MTD and YTD also need to be displayed with current date or the selected date.

When slicer is applied the period to date values as same as date selected instead of period to date.

Is there an alternative solution to default date prompt ? or use the slicer and still derive mtd ytd values?
