Difference between Timestamp

I need to get difference between two timestamp in minutes like (1.43). It should not display minutes or secs in output.

start: 01/24/2015 08:57:27 PM
end:  01/24/2015 08:58:53 PM

Output: 1.43

Please help.

extract(minute,<date_exp1>) - extract(minute,<dat_exp2>)
