Numeric Baseline in Chart Report - Unable to view in Excel

I've developed a bar chart with a horizontal numeric baseline (across the bars), it is appearing as expected in HTML. But in Excel 2007, I'm not able to see it.

Seems like limitation in Cognos-Excel integration...but is there any way to handle this ?

Unfortuntely this is one of the known limitations when a report is exported to excel.
