Drillthrough does not populate properly

Hi There,
We have a drillthrough report that's been working for years.
Last month, we did an upgrade to the DB server which houses Cognos.
Since then, when we click on the drillthrough, it's unfiltered and the dropdowns don't appear. Also, I cannot edit the page until I hit the run button.
However, when I run the report in report studio, the drillthrough works fine.
Has anyone seen this before?
I've read one post suggesting upgrading, I'm already at 10.1.1, and installed all the fixpack to fix this issue.

So, we contacted IBM for support.
The person who answered our emails was a 19 year old stage student who had finished a semester in University.
Her solution after 2 weeks was a fixpack.
I ended up rewriting the page from scratch to fix the problem.

Just a note that if you are having unsatisfactory support, you can escalate to the next level. They may decline escalation, but in my experience even then you can often tell your support rep is now getting some direction from someone more knowledgeable.

But they do tend to use the "upgrade to the next fix pack / version" too often for my taste.
