HAL Error- 404- Not Found

Hi All,

I am having 'HAL ERROR, 404 - Not found ' while opening 'Data Format' in Report studio.(attached)



I tried and tested the following
- Different browsers as in Chrome, Firefox, IE(default)
- Rebooted my system after deleting all the cashe and browsing history.
- Checked all my settings like Go to Internet Options => Connections => LAN settings, un-select any defined proxy server and other settings as well.

I know this issue has been faced by several other users but using a different browser or rebooting the system has helped them unlike me.

Please help
