Building Dimensional model

Hi All,

How to build Dimensional model using framework Manager ? If someone can provide step by step it would be of great help.

Hi...
--first of all...create a new project
--select a location
Dont worry about the repository thing right now...its a little advanced...u can learn it when u get  familiar with FM
--select the language for the project..u can change this or add more languages later..
--select the metadata source, then the database u need
and finish...
u created a model..

now...a few additional things...
-- its better to create two different views (these are nothing but folders) import view and business view.
Import view contains all the imported data source query subjects
Business view contains all the query subjects needed for the model. such as the ones created by you...etc...

In order to import data, you right click on the model, or the import view folder and click run metadata wizard...
