Migrating instance from Dev to Prod

Hi All,

Got one question....how we can migrate instance from dev to prod without security. I mean I do not want to override security in production. So how I can avoid this ? Are there any specific files/folder in data directory which are related to security ? which I should migrate to avoid this ....
