Hello guys,

thanks for the awesome forum and content.

need your advise on this NON-ENGLISH specific question : I plan to use non-english parameter-names for 150+ existing reports, with goal being  to show them as meaningfull data to end-non-english-user  from Audit package DB - which logs naturally the prompt/parameter  NAME along with the  DISPLAY and USE values in COGIPF_PARAMETERS BLOB/CLOB column - i.e. report labels are not accessible to audit db, and i want to avoid extra mapping table& maintenance;
(until now i have been naming my parameters as upper case english only with underscores)

sample parameter named: 'USER_NAME'  , and its referenced as ?USER_NAME? in  filters, etc.
want to change it to: (sample in cyrillic encoding ): 'ПОТРЕБИТЕЛСКО_ИМЕ' (means same in Cyrillic), and again referenced as ?ПОТРЕБИТЕЛСКО_ИМЕ? in filters

now i have tested this on 10.2.2 , and looks its working as filter logic, the ParamDisplayValue() and ParamValue() functions work fine with the non-english param names,and report variables are working too...

However I am not 100% convinced,  please advise on how else i can test this? and if its mentioned somewhere in documentation ?

Thanks
