Cross tab not returning data for 1 user

I have a cross tab that users parameters for the user to select their name from a drop down and the dates they want the report to run for. It works fine for every manager except one manager for one month. He is fine Jan and Feb but no data returns for March. If I run the tabular view from the query I see the data and it appears to be in the same format as everyone elses data. I can also get the data to return in a list. Another odd thing is if I put a list under the crosstab with the same fields and run it for that manager for March data returns in BOTH the crosstab and the list. But if just the crosstab is on the report it returns nothing.
