how can I show allways my bars in a Barchar when is Automatic

Hi experts

I m having a weird error , i have  a Barchar that show me some values in %


in Axis Range i put     Maximum: 1  (because the maximal is 100% always)
                                   Minimum: Automatic
                                   Major interval: Manual 0.05 ( i tried a lot of differents values and Automatic too)

the problem is that work fine for the 99% of the case but I find one where it doesnt show me the Bars and i dotn know why (see the attach)

I would appreciate so much any Idee.
