Extract Report Metadata Using SDK

Please suggest on how to extract report metadata from Cognos using Java,reports are built on relational package.

No sure what you are asking. The xml report specification/definitions are pretty easy to get. The deployed packages (models that are published to cognos - usually through framework manager) you need probably the SDK. There is no nice and neat metadata definition. Look for "ibm cognos sdk samples" and see what they have.
