Mockup in Excel for Cognos Reports

Hi everyone, :) :)

I'm trying to find a link or suggestion to show performing Mockup work using Excel for developing Cognos Reports.
We are not even looking for anything real fancy but an excel template that could be used for Drop-Down (Single and Multiple),
Single Edit Fields, Dates (Calendar preferred if possible) and buttons for submits.

Pls let me know at your convenience if you know of  SITE that you can download a sample spreadsheet.

I used to know a site but I can't find it now.
