TM1 Xcelerator 10.1 Crashing

Hi All

We are experiencing constant crashes of TM1 Xcelerator when opening and closing cubes.

The Error message shows -
"Microsoft Excel has stopped working. Windows can try to recover your information and restart the program.".

We use TM1 Xcelerator on Citrix but this issue also occurs when using a locally installed TM1 Xcelerator.
Please note that this only occurs to a number of key users but others do not have the same issue.
I've attached the error message as well as error messages shown in Event Logs of windows.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? Please advise

You forgot to include one crucial piece of information here. What version (and bitness) of Excel are you using?

We are all using Excel 2010 and 32 bit.
