Cognos behaves when ldap/AD restarts

 Dears,


I tested Cognos 10.2/10.2.1 with LDAP Server(security provider) like ADS(Apache Directory Server).

When I stop ADS, user could not logon. Once I start ADS again, Cognos is back to work.(Connection is established automatically).

PS: It looks to me that when restarting Content Store, cognos can restore automatically too.

Question: For security provider, will cognos support this for each security provider? Like Microsoft AD?

Did anyone try this with MS AD Server?
