Data Duplication in Cognos Report

I have a calendar table that specify what date is which week (1st Jan 2016 = Week 53). However in framework, I use datepart to extract week from date because I want the week for 1st Jan 2016 to be Week 1 in my Cognos report.

When I run my report, I found out that some of the data is duplicate but not all. Is this because of the week I set in framework? Or it is because some relationships in it?

Please help.
