Do you have entitlements to download it? The page below details how to use the Passport Advantage downloads site:

Note that it's called Cognos Analytics - if you are looking for Cognos 11 you might not find it based on this description.

Cognos Analytics is actually Cognos v11, but IBM are not branding it as such. It's the next release after 10.2.2, if that's what you mean?

Yes - exactly. It's not called Cognos v11 though - IBM are calling it "Cognos Analytics"
