Cognos Server crashing twice per day

Hi I have a cognos server that crashes twice per day. ??? I have extracted the log files and run the cognos diag tool etc...

It get the HTTP 500 error. I have checked on the knowledge base.Just wondering if anybodey else has had these problems...Was working fine for 4 months then went down 2 times every day since..

No Changes to hardware, nothing...I am only user logged on..

Checked the Db server and seemed not to be able to kill some connections (or kill them and they reappear?)

HELP?? 

during each startup the following message seems to pop up:

Are you getting the HTTP 500 on the gateway or dispatcher? Anything else in the log files at the time of crash?

I fixed it. after carefull investigation. It was found the SMTP server was not sending the scheduled reports..Allowing cognos to come up with out of memory error??? it had 2 Gb of memory...I

t crashed because the communication with the SMTP..

Working fine now
