Hi Experts,

I am trying to integrate google maps with RS10.2.2. Even a simple map script from google map samples does not run from RS.
It says "You are using a browser that is not supported by the Google Maps JavaScript API. Consider changing your browser."

I use IE11. Also when i place the code within webcontent as html and call it directly, it seems to work fine(had to update the meta tags to make it work).

But unable to make it work from report studio.

Any insights???

Appreciate Any Help

Uhmm... Try another browser?

But seriously, folks.  Did you check to see what mode IE is in when running the page in question?  Cognos may be forcing IE 11 into IE 8 mode or IE 5 mode.

U got me thinking doug..

In IE i tried to emulate Document mode to 10/Edge and it started to work.

I will have to update my webserver configuration to emulate X-UA-Compatible: IE=EmulateIE7. Will let you know if that works.

Thank you
