Drill through - no changes activated

Hi,

I have made some small changes in a drill through report,
but when I drill from the first report, those changes don't appear

The drill through report works fine when I execute it alone,
I tried to rebuild the drill from first report without success.

Did someone encountered that issue?

Hi,

Sounds like your drill target is not the report you think it is? What happens if you add some text to the target report on the main report page, save the report, then try the drillthough. Do you see the text?

Actually, it was "because" of the drill through action set to default.
Passing to execute report do the trick.

It looks a bug to me but not sure, I am kind new with Cognos reporting.
I use Cognos Express 10.1 for information.

The default action for reports is to view the latest saved output. If there is no saved output it will run the report. If your target report had a saved output and the default action in report properties were never changed then you were getting the latest saved output on drill.
