Error while writing report output to a shared fold

Hi,
We need to write Cognos report output to a shared folder. I followed below article and I am getting this error now. If i replace with a local path, its working fine.

RSV-DST-0014 Unable to deliver the output of the report. See the run history details for more information. Ensure that the required services are started. Ensure that the user account is configured to distribute the output in the requested manner.
CNC-DS-0029 The archive location file system root is invalid or cannot be found.

How to resolve this error?What this error indicates? Is there will be any log file, which indicates more detailed error.
