Conditional Formatting negative values of crosstab fact cells including crosstab summary

I need to format particluar value -1(i.e. -1 in crosstab fact cell) to be displayed as -100%. Formatting should apply to all crosstab fact cells including crosstab summary at rowlevel and also crusstab summary at column level. How do I do this?
