Hi,

I have to ask a question here... If your version of Cognos BI is 10.2.1, why are you using Cognos for MS Office 10.1.1? Wouldn't you use the 10.2.1 version to align with your server version?

I had to as the support guys said that is the latest version they have.

Now does that mean , that is the real Issue?

That's where I'd start, certainly. The latest version of Cognos for MS Office is 10.2.2 - I have that one to tie in with my 10.2.2 Cognos BI release. I can't say for sure that the version mismatch is the issue, but I'd be looking to get them aligned as the first step and see if it fixes things.

Good luck!
