Establishing Multi Drop Down but Eliminating DUPS

Hi folks,
I have to establish two separate and not related to each other check boxes from the attachment I have listed.

The check box is showing dups everytime there is a DESC_Detail associated to the CAR.

For example, as the second part of the attachment shows, the Car Creation in Process
is duplicated when I run the Check Box.

I need to find a way to show the Car Creation in Process only one time unless if I need
to show the DESC_DETAIL.

Thanks in  advance for your help. I'll try to figure it out in the Framework Model.
